The Loft at Earl’s is the perfect venue for a couple who wants a smaller ceremony with lots of character. As seen online, “the heritage brick and-beam construction with contemporary coastal designs create a memorable space to celebrate with your friends and family.”
In case you’ve never been, you’ll find this cozy and cool loft just above Earls’ Yaletown location, which is a short walk away from False Creek and in the midst of Vancouver’s skyline. Steps away from the Yaletown - Roundhouse Canada Line, this is a transit friendly location! Just one of many great reasons why the Loft at Earls could suit your celebration.

Whether you’re invested in the main event or main entrée, according to their event package, here is what you’re paying for:
You and your guests will have exclusive use of the entire space, however their lounge may still be available to the public
You’ll get access to AV equipment and WIFI (wireless microphone, in-house sound system with iPod dock, projectors/screens and TVs)
In-house tables, chairs, flatware and glassware
Coat check
Event staffing
In-house playlist provided, or iPod connection available
DJs and bands (up to a 3-piece band) permitted
On-site elevator available (8 person capacity)
What does the Loft at Earls not provide? Very few things:
Table linens, chair covers and linen napkins
Coordination of external suppliers

There are a few floor plans to choose from when choosing The Loft at Earls as your wedding venue:
There is the full buyout of The Loft, which allows you to have 300 guests at your reception, 140 seated, with a space of 3,420 sq feet.
There is renting The Lounge which has your space drop to 2,176 sq feet. Still an excellent size to work with, and for the reception you can have 200 guests, 40 seated.
Your most intimate wedding option is renting the private room, hosting 100 guests for your reception; 96 seated. The private room is 1,244 sq feet

We love bringing our couple's visions to life at The Loft at Earls. There is an abundance of food and drink options served by such a great team. An intimate, low key wedding at this venue always transforms into a vibrant party. Maybe it's from Earls menu we all know and love, or the creative cocktails they serve. And who doesn’t love exposed brick…?
