Full Service Planning
We will be with you through it all, from start to finish, providing a stress-free experience where you can trust our team to keep your plans on track. Whether you know what you want for your wedding or not, we will ask all the right questions to get to know you and to understand your vision for your perfect day. We will assist with all planning needs from vendor selection and meetings, budget management, design, to the creation of your customized timeline and the wedding day. À La Carte Planning
À La Carte Planning is the middle ground between Coordination and Full Planning. Maybe you are great at design, but you need assistance with bringing all your concepts together. Or you need help with organizing your ideas and putting them into a timeline. À La Carte services include, but are not limited to, the options below:
Budget management
Set up and tear down
Venue search
Week of wedding errands (Ex. wedding dress pick up from pressing)
Bridal concierge dedicated to bridal party from beginning to end
Attire shopping for bride, bridesmaids, groom, groomsmen, family, etc.
Assembly and mailing of stationery
RSVP management - Additional event planning or coordination
Hospitality gift assembly and delivery
Coordination
We will get to know you and your partner, and your vision for your wedding day. From there, we will start our meetings with you 8-10 weeks prior to your wedding. In our meetings, we will go through all finalization information, create your timeline, and ensure that nothing gets missed. We will communicate with your vendor team once the timeline is prepared and have our team on-site for your rehearsal and wedding day. Our Coordination Package includes a Lead Planner and Lead Coordinator.
Rehearsal Services may include:
Distribute the wedding day itinerary to bride, groom, bridal party, and family
Coordinate and conduct the rehearsal
Make sure bride, groom, wedding party, and family are comfortable with all ceremony details including procession and recession
Ceremony Services may include:
Reserve seats for family and any special requests if needed - Set up all ceremony personal items (candles, sand ceremony, glass, ketubah, etc.)
Organize all wedding party and family for processional
Cue the musicians and all attendants for the ceremony
Reception Services may include:
Be there to troubleshoot any issues; keep event flowing and on time
Oversee set up and make sure tables, chairs, floral, and all other décor is set according to the diagrams and floor plans
Set up all of your personal items such as place cards, guest book, and favors
Oversee the wedding timeline and make sure all creative partners are on schedule
Cue bride, groom, wedding party, and parents for grand entrances, toasts, dances, cake cutting, garter toss, bouquet toss, and grand exit
Design
Working with our creative and passionate team simplifies transferring your ideas into reality. From your floor plan to table décor and florals, we will support all your design needs. We will supply multiple room layouts for all wedding components and bring together your colours, florals, and décor. Not only will we help with the design planning, but we will lead the day-of team. The potential tasks are listed below.
Creating your floor plan
Designing your invites and all other stationary (menus, name cards, seating chart)
Working alongside the décor team and florist to ensure that everything flows from the ceremony to the dance floor
Attending meetings with both the decorators and the florist
